Hi! My name is Florian Hollender. I am an enthusiast for people and technology.
I studied business administration in Germany, the US and Mexico and work as a strategic consultant for Capgemini Consulting (US website here) since 2007. I am working against the fact that this career inevitably ruins any writing style one has and apart from that enjoy the benefits of it. Being fluent in PowerPoint and Excel is NOT one of those benefits, it is one of the curses, just so we understand each other.
I am a geek – but the good, still social-interaction-capable kind. I don’t code and I long stopped building websites for money, so I may be best described as heavy user.
When not online, I love photography, roadtrips, listening to music and spending time with my loved one and my loved ones (girlfriend and friends&family that is). If I had a cat, it would be included here as well. Strangely enough I am getting attached to the dog of my girlfriend, too – that might be a sign of me getting old 
I live in the wonderful city of Hamburg, Germany. Some say, it is Germany’s finest. They are right. (I was born here, so I might not be objective).
