I was lucky to get two days off last week, so I could join Tine and the Lawyer gang, who were on vacation in a lovely house on the danish cost for a week. And even if it was just two days, it sure felt like a long time – it was SO GOOD! We went to the beach, had BBQ, went Bowling, played games until late at night – even had fun like little children with balloons – and on the day when we returned, we found that huge trampoline-like thing which Mareike, Tine, Konz and Alex are enjoying in the picture.

Michael is absolutely right, this blog could need an update!
As writing in lists is a lot easier than writing prose sometimes, let’s hit it off with five good reasons why I didn’t post here in a while:
- I got hooked on the series “Heroes“, and could not stop watching until the end of the first season. 23 times 45 minutes – this actually takes some time
- I was busy with other holiday-non-value-creating-activities, like proceeding on GTA San Andreas (aaaalmost done now!) and reading my way through stumbleupon.
- There have not been that many cool events lately… wait! That is not true at all. We’ve been partying, we met and befriended new people (hi Hanno!), we even went to the baltic see for a day (Photos here on flickr). So I guess I was simply not in the content-producing-mindset, rather in the enjoying-the-days mindset.
- I am really terrible at doing lists… I always forget what they were all about when I started them. This is about cooking, right?
- One of my favourite dishes: Sushi from Tine. She is really really good at it, so the Sushi is totally high quality, delicious and fresh – and the best thing: She makes all the reeeeally good stuff that costs you a fortune in the restaurant!

Apart from that, I am getting used to our new household and the according chores. My fitness level at the moment: Carrying two empty beer crates to the store round the corner withouth collapsing.
Finally, I could really use some money to bridge the time before my new job starts in November… moving is more expensive than you think every time. Thinking about selling stuff on ebay, growing a famous and ad-money-generating blog in ten days and finding heaps of money on the street. Any more ideas out there?

After a great BBQ party yesterday, now my days studying at WHU are really coming to an end – though the official end will be the graduation ceremony on September 15th. Today I am driving up to Hamburg, where Tine and me will take over our new apartment! We will move in her stuff this weekend, and my stuff the weekend afterwards.
